First elected in 2020 to represent the state's 83rd district, she was reelected to represent the 91st district following redistricting in 2022. Before entering state politics, she worked as a physical therapist and served on the Webster Groves Board of Education, where she currently holds the position of President. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis.
