Joan Bagué

Joan Baptista Bagué i Roura is a Spanish politician who served as a Senator for Girona in the Spanish Senate during the X, XI, and XII legislatures. Before his tenure in the Senate, he was a long-serving councilor for the Girona City Council and held various roles within the Girona Provincial Council, including vice president and head of the culture department. A founding member of the Nationalist Youth of Catalonia, Bagué has been a prominent figure in the Democratic Convergence of Catalonia. Throughout his parliamentary career, he served as a spokesperson for the Culture Commission and held leadership roles in several other committees, including the Joint Commission of the Court of Auditors.
