Joana Fernanda Ferreira Lima is a Portuguese politician and member of the Socialist Party. Born in 1963, she holds a degree in international relations from Lusíada University. Lima served as the president of the municipality of Trofa from 2009 to 2013 and has held multiple terms as a deputy to the Assembly of the Republic representing the Porto constituency, first elected in 2005. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has contributed to committees focused on health, foreign affairs, and environmental planning.
