Joanna Penn, Baroness Penn

Joanna Penn, Baroness Penn is a British politician and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2019. Educated at the University of Oxford and Harvard University, she previously worked as a political advisor, including serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Theresa May from 2016 to 2019. During her parliamentary career, she has held several government roles, including Baroness-in-waiting, Parliamentary Secretary in HM Treasury, and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Housing and Communities.
