Joe White

Joe White is an American businessman and politician serving as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives for the 40th district. Born in Rockwood, Tennessee, he served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War before earning a degree from the University of Tennessee. Prior to his political career, White worked for Sears and Beecham Laboratories, and later operated his own small business for 35 years. Sworn into office in December 2022, he is a member of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus and serves on the House Medical, Military, Public and Municipal Affairs Committee.
