Jomo Sibiya is a South African politician currently serving as the Deputy Minister for Employment and Labour in the Cabinet of South Africa since July 2024. A member of the African National Congress, he previously served as a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature and held the position of Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Human Settlements and Public Works from 2021 to 2022. Sibiya began his political career in student leadership at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has held various regional roles within the ANC.
