Jon Koznick

Jon Koznick is an American politician serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2015. Born in Colombia and adopted into a family in the United States, he holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from St. Cloud State University. Representing District 57A, which includes Lakeville and parts of Dakota and Scott Counties, Koznick has focused his legislative work on economic development, transportation policy, and public safety. He has been a vocal advocate for reforming the Metropolitan Council and has supported measures to increase police presence on public transit. Throughout his tenure, he has held various leadership roles within the House Republican Caucus and has consistently advocated for policies aimed at business growth and fiscal responsibility.
