José Cesário

José Cesário is a Portuguese politician and educator who serves as a member of the Assembly of the Republic. A long-standing member of the Social Democratic Party, he has represented the Viseu district and later the Outside Europe constituency. Throughout his career, he has held several government positions, including serving as the Secretary of State for Portuguese Communities in multiple constitutional governments and as the Secretary of State of Local Administration. He holds a degree in School Administration and Management and previously worked as a basic education teacher.
