Miguel Pinto Luz is a Portuguese politician currently serving as the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing in the XXIV and XXV Constitutional Governments led by Luís Montenegro. A member of the Social Democratic Party, he previously served as the Deputy Mayor of Cascais from 2017 to 2024 and as Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transportation and Communications. Pinto Luz has been a prominent figure within his party, having run for its leadership in 2020 and later serving as a vice-president under Montenegro. In the 2024 legislative elections, he was elected as a representative for the Faro district.
