José Moura Soeiro

José Moura Soeiro is a Portuguese sociologist and politician who served as a member of the Assembly of the Republic representing the Left Bloc across multiple terms between 2008 and 2025. He earned his doctorate in Sociology from the University of Coimbra and the University of Porto, where he is a researcher. In parliament, he coordinated his party's legislative work on labor and social security, and he has also been a regular columnist and political activist in Porto.
