Josip Romić

Josip Romić is a Croatian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Vinkovci. A member of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), he previously served as the deputy mayor of the city. In his capacity as a local leader, Romić has been involved in significant infrastructure and environmental initiatives, including the development of a pre-feasibility study for a zero-emission mobility corridor project focused on hydrogen production from waste. He assumed the office of mayor following the 2025 local elections.
