Jovan Jackson is an American politician serving as a member of the Nevada Assembly since 2024. A member of the Democratic Party, he made history as the first candidate with a known felony conviction to be elected to state office in Nevada. Prior to his election to the state legislature, Jackson ran for the North Las Vegas City Council in 2022.
