Judy White is a Canadian politician, lawyer, and member of the Flat Bay Band who has served as a senator representing Newfoundland and Labrador since July 2023. Before her appointment to the Senate, she held senior roles including Assistant Deputy Minister of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation in the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and Chief Executive Officer for the Assembly of First Nations. A recipient of the 2022 Governor General's Award in Commemoration of the Persons Case, she is recognized for her significant contributions to gender equality and Indigenous law.
