Julia Herz is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Hesse, representing the Alliance 90/The Greens party. Born in Berlin in 1997, she later moved to Kassel, where she has been active in local politics, serving as the deputy parliamentary group leader for the Greens in the Kassel City Council since 2021. After completing her Abitur and working in food production, she earned a degree in political science. Herz joined the Green Youth in 2017 and the Green Party in 2018, eventually securing her seat in the state parliament through the party list in the 2023 Hessian state election.
