Julie MacDougall is a Scottish politician serving as a Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Mid Scotland and Fife region since May 2026. She previously served as a Labour councillor for the Burntisland, Kinghorn and Western Kirkcaldy ward on Fife Council, having been elected in 2022. In 2025, she defected from the Labour Party to join Reform UK. She is the daughter of the late John MacDougall, who served as the Labour Member of Parliament for Glenrothes from 2005 until 2008.
