Juliet Bashiisha Agasha

Juliet Bashiisha Agasha is a Ugandan politician who has served as a Member of the Parliament of Uganda representing the Mitooma District women's constituency since 2021. After unsuccessful bids in the 2011 and 2016 general elections as an independent candidate, she secured her seat by defeating incumbent Jovah Kamateeka in the 2021 election. During her parliamentary tenure, she has focused on improving economic conditions in Mitooma District and advocating for female and youth empowerment. She currently serves on the Natural Resources Committee and the Equal Opportunities Committee.
