July Gabarari Moyo is a Zimbabwean politician and member of the ZANU-PF party who currently serves as the Minister of Energy and Power Development. Elected as the Member of Parliament for Redcliff in the 2023 general election, he has held various high-level cabinet positions under both Robert Mugabe and Emmerson Mnangagwa. His extensive career includes serving as the Governor of Midlands, Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, and Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing.
