木葉 淳

Jun Kiba is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly, representing Ebetsu. Born in Hakodate in 1970, he spent 25 years working as an elementary school teacher before entering politics. He was first elected to the prefectural assembly in 2019 and is currently serving his second term. His policy priorities include disaster prevention, the promotion of renewable energy, child-rearing support, and the enhancement of educational opportunities.
