Keisuke Shinoda is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Mino City in Gifu Prefecture. Born in 1971 in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture, he graduated from the Aichi University Faculty of Management in 1994. Following his graduation, he began a long career as a civil servant at the Mino City Hall, where he served in various departments including the Industrial Division and the General Policy Division, eventually rising to the position of General Affairs Division Manager. In November 2025, he was elected as the Mayor of Mino City after running on a platform that emphasized the reduction of waste in existing municipal projects.
