Justin Boyd is an American politician currently serving as a Republican member of the Arkansas Senate for the 27th district. He assumed office on January 9, 2023, following his victory in the 2022 general election. Prior to his tenure in the Senate, Boyd served as a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives for the 77th district from 2015 to 2022. Educated at the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and the Sam M. Walton College of Business, he has maintained a focus on state legislative affairs. In 2025, he notably voted against legislation regarding nitrogen hypoxia as a method for capital punishment.
