Kabuye Frank Kibirige is a Ugandan politician, farmer, and businessman currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Kasanda South constituency in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. A member of the National Unity Platform, he was elected in 2021 after defeating the incumbent. Kibirige has also served as a Shadow Minister for Children Affairs. He holds a degree in business statistics from Makerere University and has been active in youth leadership within the People Power movement.
