Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik is an Indian politician and retired Lieutenant General of the Indian Army who has served as the 20th Governor of Arunachal Pradesh since 2023. A distinguished military officer, he previously commanded the Northern Command and was the first person from Maharashtra to hold that position. Throughout his military career, he was awarded the Param Vishisht Seva Medal, Uttam Yudh Seva Medal, and Yudh Seva Medal for his service. Following his retirement from the Army in 2013, he transitioned into his current gubernatorial role.
