小林克敏

Katsutoshi Kobayashi is a Japanese politician serving as a long-term member of the Nagasaki Prefectural Assembly, representing the Omura City constituency. First elected to the assembly in 1975 at the age of 30, he has secured eight consecutive terms in office. Throughout his extensive career, he has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as the 70th Vice Chairman of the Nagasaki Prefectural Assembly and chairing various committees such as the Civil Engineering, Welfare, and General Affairs committees. He has also held significant positions within the Liberal Democratic Party's Nagasaki Prefectural Federation, including General Council Chairman and Policy Research Council Chairman.
