Kay Swinburne, Baroness Swinburne

Kay Swinburne, Baroness Swinburne, is a British politician and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2023. Previously, she represented Wales as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 2009 to 2019, where she was a prominent figure in the European Conservatives and Reformists group and served as Vice Chairman of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs. Before her parliamentary career, she worked in international healthcare and investment banking. She has also held local government positions, including serving as a town councillor and mayor of Ledbury.
