Kazuhiko Tada is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Tono City in Iwate Prefecture. Born in Tono in 1958, he graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University before beginning his career at the Tono City Hall. He later transitioned to the private sector, serving as the representative director of Kashiwagidaira Lake Resort. Following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, he became involved in disaster relief efforts as a director of the NPO Tono Magokoro Net. After an unsuccessful bid for mayor in 2017, he was elected to his current position in 2021.
