早出一真

Kazuma Soude is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Okaya in Nagano Prefecture. Born in 1971, he previously worked in the private sector and operated a painting business before entering local politics. He served two terms as a member of the Okaya City Council, where he was elected with the highest number of votes in both 2015 and 2019, and held positions such as Chairman of the Parliamentary Steering Committee. In 2023, he was elected as the Mayor of Okaya, winning a three-way race to succeed the retiring incumbent.
