大橋一夫

Kazuo Ohashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Fukuchiyama in Kyoto Prefecture. Born in 1954, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ritsumeikan University and spent several years working as a court official before entering politics. He served three terms as a member of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, initially as an independent and later with the support of the Democratic Party of Japan. In 2016, he was elected Mayor of Fukuchiyama and has since been re-elected, currently serving his third term in office.
