Ken Takahi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kuroishi City in Aomori Prefecture. A graduate of the College of Industrial Technology at Nihon University, he previously served five terms as a member of the Aomori Prefectural Assembly, where he also held the position of assembly chair. He was first elected as Mayor of Kuroishi in 2014 and has since secured re-election twice, serving three consecutive terms. In February 2025, he announced his intention to retire and not seek re-election in the 2026 mayoral race.
