Kenneth Stevenson is a British Labour politician and engineer who has served as the Member of Parliament for Airdrie and Shotts since 2024. Before entering national politics, he worked as an engineer for companies including BAE Systems and Terex, and later served as an engineering lecturer at Anniesland College. Stevenson also held a seat on the North Lanarkshire Council from 2017 to 2024, where he acted as the convener of the Communities Committee and the Community Safety Partnership Forum. He was elected to the House of Commons after defeating the incumbent SNP candidate in the 2024 general election.
