西城賢策

Kensaku Saijo is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Mikasa in Hokkaido. Born in Mikasa in 1951, he spent his early career as a municipal employee, holding various administrative positions within the city government, including roles in the planning, welfare, and economic development departments. He served as the Deputy Mayor of Mikasa starting in 2007 before being elected as Mayor in 2015. He has since been re-elected multiple times, continuing his long-standing commitment to the administration and development of his hometown.
