Kentaro Kuroishi is a Japanese politician and entrepreneur who currently serves as the Mayor of Setouchi City in Okayama Prefecture. Born in Okayama, he graduated from the University of Tokyo and initially pursued a career in business, founding the entrepreneurship education company WILLFU and later establishing the internet advertising firm Howards. After an unsuccessful bid for the House of Councillors in 2016, he served as a special associate professor at Kanazawa University and worked as a public secretary for lawmaker Keisuke Tsumura. In June 2025, he was elected as the youngest mayor in Okayama Prefecture, succeeding the incumbent mayor.
