Kerry Gruenhagen

Kerry Gruenhagen is an American farmer and politician serving as a member of the Iowa Senate. A resident of Walcott, Iowa, he has been involved with the Muscatine County branch of the Farm Bureau since 1994. Gruenhagen entered the political arena by announcing his candidacy for the newly redistricted District 41 seat in December 2021. He secured the Republican nomination in the June 2022 primary and subsequently won the general election in November 2022, defeating his Democratic opponent.
