Kevin Horan

Kevin Horan is an American attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives for the 34th district. Born in Water Valley, Mississippi, in 1961, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and a Juris Doctor from the Mississippi College School of Law. Before his political career, he worked as an attorney at Horan & Horan and served as the CFO of Milestone Hospice. First elected to the state legislature in 2011, Horan initially served as a Democrat before becoming an independent and eventually joining the Republican Party. He currently serves as the chair of the House Corrections Committee.
