Kim Hak-hong is a South Korean politician and former high-ranking civil servant currently serving as the 11th Mayor of Mungyeong. After passing the 35th Administrative Examination in 1991, he held various key positions in the Gyeongsangbuk-do provincial government and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, including serving as the Administrative Vice Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do. He was elected as the Mayor of Mungyeong in the 9th nationwide local elections in 2026 representing the People Power Party.
