石川清

Kiyoshi Ishikawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Sakado in Saitama Prefecture, a position he has held since 2012. Before his election as mayor, he served four terms as a member of the Sakado City Council, starting in 1996. A graduate of Nihon University, Ishikawa has focused on local administration and social policy, notably introducing a partnership oath system for same-sex couples in 2020.
