小林修平

Shuhei Kobayashi is a Japanese politician and former software engineer currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives. Born in 1990 in Tokyo, he built a career in the tech industry, working for companies such as Dwango, DeNA, and ABEJA before joining Delight Ventures to support startup development. He entered politics through his involvement with the 'Team Mirai' party, contributing to digital democracy initiatives and campaign technology. After an unsuccessful bid for the House of Councillors in 2025, he was elected to the House of Representatives in 2026 representing the Chiba 5th district via the proportional representation block. He currently serves on the Committee on Settlement of Accounts and Administrative Oversight.
