菅原広二

Koji Sugawara is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Oga City in Akita Prefecture. Born in 1951, he graduated from Nihon University and initially worked in the stone processing industry, eventually becoming a vice president of a company. He entered politics in 2011, serving two terms as a member of the Akita Prefectural Assembly. In 2017, he was elected Mayor of Oga City and has since secured re-election, currently serving his third term in office.
