Kristela Bytyçi is a Belgian politician affiliated with the liberal Reformist Movement (MR) and a Member of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region. Born in Skivjan, Yugoslavia, and of Albanian descent, she moved to Brussels at a young age and earned degrees in political science and international relations from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Prior to her election to the Brussels Parliament in June 2024, she worked as a project officer for the MR and as a communication correspondent at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research and Innovation. Within the Brussels Parliament, she serves as vice-chair of the Equal Opportunities and Women's Rights committee.
