Kuan Bi-ling

Kuan Bi-ling is a Taiwanese politician, lawyer, and political scientist currently serving as the Minister of the Ocean Affairs Council. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party, she previously served as a long-term member of the Legislative Yuan from 2005 to 2023. Throughout her career, she has held various administrative roles in the Kaohsiung City government and has been a vocal advocate for language policy and cultural development in Taiwan.
