黒崎祐一

Yuichi Kurosaki is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the Tokyo 27th district. Born in Minato, Tokyo, he graduated from Meiji University and previously worked for Nissho Iwai and Metal One. Before his election to the national legislature, he served two terms as a member of the Minato City Council. Kurosaki has a significant background in rugby, having played for the Meiji University team and served as a coach and official for various rugby associations. He was elected to the House of Representatives in February 2026 after previously running for the seat in 2024.
