Ladislau Baró Solà

Ladislau Baró Solà is an Andorran politician currently serving as the Minister of Institutional Relations, Education and Universities. A prominent figure in Andorran politics, he was a member of the legislative commission that drafted the country's Constitution in 1993. Throughout his extensive career, he served as a General Councillor for many years and held leadership roles as president of the parliamentary groups for the Democrats and the Reformists. Beyond his political service, he is a qualified lawyer and has worked as a professor of Sociology and Political Science.
