Mònica Bonell Tuset is an Andorran politician currently serving as the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Born in 1971, she holds a degree in tourism and previously worked in the tourism and public administration sectors. Her political career includes serving as the second deputy mayor of Canillo from 2003 to 2011 and as Deputy General Syndic of the General Council of Andorra from 2011 to 2019. A member of the Democrats for Andorra party, she has held various leadership roles in legislative committees and represented Andorra at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
