Lars Kuppi

Lars Kuppi is a German politician and police officer who has served as a member of the Landtag of Saxony since 2019. Representing the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, he was elected via a direct mandate in the Mittelsachsen 4 constituency. Within the state parliament, he chairs the Committee for Interior, Municipalities, and Sports and serves as a spokesperson for fire services and disaster control. Before his political career, Kuppi served in the Bundeswehr and worked as a police officer in various Saxon districts. He has faced controversy, including a criminal conviction for insulting a colleague and his expulsion from the German Police Union.
