Laura Asadauskaitė-Zadneprovskienė is a Lithuanian politician and former professional modern pentathlete. A highly decorated athlete, she won gold at the 2012 Summer Olympics and silver at the 2020 Summer Olympics, alongside multiple World and European championship titles. In 2024, she was elected to the Seimas, the Parliament of Lithuania, representing the Social Democratic Party. As a parliamentarian, she serves on the Committee on Education and Science, where she focuses on promoting youth sports, physical education, and athlete welfare.
