Laurens de Graaf is a Dutch administrator and public management scholar who served as the mayor of Lopik from 2017 to 2025. He holds a doctorate in public administration from Utrecht University and has held various academic positions, including lecturer at the University of Tilburg and the Hogeschool Utrecht. Since November 2025, he has served as the director of the Faculty of Management & Organization at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA).
