Layda Elena Sansores

Layda Elena Sansores San Román is a Mexican politician currently serving as the Governor of Campeche. A member of the National Regeneration Movement, she has had a long career in public service, including serving as the mayor of the Álvaro Obregón borough in Mexico City. Throughout her legislative career, she has represented Campeche as a senator during the LVI, LVII, and LXII legislatures and served as a deputy in the Chamber of Deputies during the LV and LX legislatures.
