Leanne Linard is an Australian politician who has served as the Labor Party member for Nudgee in the Legislative Assembly of Queensland since 2015. Born in 1980, she grew up in Banyo and has a background rooted in community service. Linard previously held cabinet positions in the Palaszczuk government, including Minister for Children and Youth Justice and Minister for Multicultural Affairs. She currently serves as the Shadow Minister for Environment, Science, Innovation and Climate Change, and is a member of the Ethics Committee.
