Linda Featherston

Linda Featherston is an American politician and music teacher currently serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 16th district. Born and raised in Topeka, Kansas, she pursued higher education at Kansas State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in music education and a master's degree in music history. Before entering public office, she worked as a piano teacher. Featherston became involved in politics through her work as a campaign volunteer and was first elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in November 2020, assuming office in January 2021.
