Lokii John Baptist

Lokii John Baptist is a Ugandan politician, veterinary doctor, and cabinet minister representing Matheniko County in the Parliament of Uganda. Affiliated with the National Resistance Movement, he serves as the National Vice Chairperson for the Karamoja region and was appointed Minister for Karamoja Affairs by President Yoweri Museveni. Throughout his career, he has been active in community advocacy, addressing issues such as human trafficking, land disputes regarding higher education institutions, and monitoring government development programs in the Karamoja Sub-region.
