Louise Pierrette Mvono

Louise Pierrette Mvono is a Gabonese politician and senior civil servant who has served as the Minister of Planning and Foresight of Gabon since May 8, 2025. Before entering government, she held a distinguished international career, including roles at the United Nations and as an education specialist at the World Bank, where she later served as the Resident Representative for the Republic of the Congo starting in 2023. She holds a doctorate in the evaluation of educational systems from the University of Burgundy in France.
